Over the past 10 years, Anii and I have formed a team specializing in operational support and logistics
consulting in the Romanian market.
Our expertise comes from both our managerial experience in coordinating manufacturing, warehousing,
and delivery operations, as well as our theoretical knowledge, proven by completing specialized courses.
Upon retiring, we decided to share our vision on how logistics operations can be set up for small and medium-sized
businesses using resources readily available to entrepreneurs, without prohibitive costs.
We will not present integrated software solutions—although these have undeniable advantages—but rather simple solutions
accessible to anyone with basic computer skills.
The website provides all this knowledge for free: we do not collect any data, nor do we personally engage in discussions
on any topic or application. You are free to use or disregard the information as you see fit.
As logistics consultants, we have developed analytical tools, communication methods, work instructions, training sessions, etc.,
for clients, using platforms such as Excel, PowerPoint, diagram creation tools, and more.
We have attempted to transfer some of these tools to the site’s readers through small applications developed for browsers.
And because we are not IT developers, we took full advantage of AI tools: ChatGPT.
We were top managers, but we never had and still do not have social media accounts.
We never needed to build our reputation through “Likes”; instead, we initially approached clients through direct sales—meetings,
presentations, etc. We relied on the knowledge we gained as salespeople before becoming managers, as well as on a
genuine understanding of our clients’ logistics-related needs.
